Emilia Perez wins two awards at Cannes !

The 2024 Cannes Festival ended with the official selection awards ceremony on Saturday May 25.
Quebec’s director Xavier Dolan gave the Jury Prize to Jacques Audiard’s Emilia Perez, which featured brilliant performances, with Selena Gomez, Karla Sofia Gascon, Zoe Saldaña and Adriana Paz sharing the best actress award for their roles in the film. In cinemas in France on August 21st. Congratulations!
Synopsis : Overqualified and overexploited, Rita uses her talents as a lawyer in the service of a large firm more inclined to whitewash criminals than to serve justice.
