LIMITING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF OUR ACTIVITIES
Pathé pursues its commitment through concrete actions aimed at limiting its environmental impact. Climate change mitigation, energy management and the circular economy were identified as major challenges in our double materiality analysis. These priorities now structure our environmental strategy, with targeted initiatives to reduce CO2 emissions, optimize the consumption of our energy sources and limit waste in our operations.
OFFERING AN ACCESSIBLE, MORE RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE
Pathé places its customers at the heart of its commitments, guaranteeing their safety, well-being and access to culture. The double materiality analysis identified two major priorities for this pillar: customer and spectator safety, and social inclusion and access to reliable and diversified information. These issues are at the heart of our CSR strategy, with concrete actions taken to offer a safe, inclusive and high-quality cinematic experience.

In terms of the key results of the double materiality analysis, two priorities have been identified for this pillar: maintaining good working conditions and promoting equal treatment and opportunities for all. These issues now form the backbone of our CSR strategy, with initiatives focused on safety, diversity and professional equality, as well as access to training and skills development.
